Experience:

Evan Regenstreif joined Regency as a full-time employee in August of 2003. He has been involved in roles throughout the company including regional sales, customer service and collections. Through the years, Evan has overseen Lighting Design, Construction Services, Quotes & Specification, Pricing, Purchasing, and Logistics. With Regency’s acquisition of AllSale Electric in August of 2015, Evan led the integration of electrical product into the company. In October 2018, Evan stepped into the role of CEO.

Over the years, Evan has played a critical role in managing our many vendor partnerships and expanding Regency’s product line. He has also played an active role in different industry committees such as the Western Regional NAED and Sylvania’s Distributor Advisory Council. Currently, he is an active member in the Affiliated Distributors buying group.

Evan leads with a passion for personal growth, recruiting high quality team members, and building great teams.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree, Business Administration from Vanguard University; Minor, Marketing from Vanguard University

Personal:

Evan is married to Shannon and is the proud father of three beautiful girls, Brooklyn, Ava, and Sophie and a wonderful son, Caleb. In addition to his Regency responsibilities, Evan is very involved in his local church, speaking to business students at local Christian colleges, counseling young couples with his wife, and Zoe International. He enjoys basketball, baseball, football, golf, reading, hiking, snowboarding, and anything involving his wife and kids.
